Jeff Armstrong is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of executive financial leadership in residential and commercial development, bringing expertise in both finance and operations.

He has served in many positions as CFO for major construction companies, including Valor Communities and EBSCO Gulf Coast Development Company, notably providing financial leadership for the Alys Beach development.

Jeff’s project portfolio includes the development and construction of over 3,000 homes and development of over 1050 acres, covering commercial, mixed-use, multifamily, and residential developments.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Samford University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Florida.
